Presenters & Hosts

Presenter’s Bio:  Charles Jung

Charles’ passion for personal injury advocacy started when he enrolled in an insurance law course taught by Jim Vigmond. Charles was captivated by the idea of being a trial lawyer who advocated on behalf of injured individuals. He managed to pass the course and sat down with Jim to learn more about being a personal injury lawyer. The rest is history. In 2015, Charles joined Oatley Vigmond as an articling student and was hired as an associate after being called to the bar. Charles joined the partnership in 2025.

Charles' Professional Involvement

Charles is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, Advocates’ Society and Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. Charles has a particular interest in the art and science of trial advocacy. He has attended numerous programs and conferences over the years – the highlight of which was the Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop. Charles has experience co-counseling jury trials to verdict.
