Clinical Notes Webinar & Fair Fees Campaign

HSP Fees Increase Campaign

Through much of August the ORA was engaged with the Ontario government’s Ministry of Finance and FSRA, providing our positions on the auto insurance priorities communicated in the 2023 Provincial Budget: to provide more choice, reduce disputes, improve health access and outcomes for claimants, and reduce fraud. Given that the government seems to be considering these priorities we believe this fall is an opportune time to educate and advocate with government bureaucrats and elected officials on the issues of importance to us.

All health service providers and clinic owners are invited to participate.

FAQs

Is this webinar worth any continuing education credits?

  • We will provide a certificate of attendance to all attendees that register and attend the webinar, worth 1 to 1.5 hours.

However, the ORA is not specifically accredited or approved by any specific professional association or college as a continuing education credits provider.  You may want to reach out to your professional association to see if our webinars could fall under a general category or an elective category for your CE credits.   We have heard from some members that they submit the ORA webinars under this 'general' / 'elective' category.

Is the webinar being recorded? Will we have access to the recording?

  • Yes, the webinar will be recorded. Whether you cannot attend live, or need to leave early, or just like having the recording to reflect on the content at a later time,  the recording link will be shared with all those that paid and registered for the event.
